Mediation Fee
Our fee is based upon such factors as the number of parties, amount of pre-mediation preparation required, number of mediation days, complexity of the issues, travel requirements, etc. A typical full-day in-person mediation is $2,000 per side. A typical full-day Zoom mediation is $1,850 per side. Out-of-town travel time and travel expenses, such as airfare, lodging, taxi or auto rental, and other extraordinary expenses to which the parties have agreed in advance are in addition to the mediation fee.
