Tim McInturf Mediation

Tim McInturf, a highly accomplished executive, attorney, and academic, has an impressive background that spans decades. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a trained mediator and commercial arbitrator through the AA White Center for Dispute Resolution at the University of Houston Law Center. 

Tim has served as President, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel at Quantlab Financial, LLC.   He has also held various legal positions, including Shareholder at Littler Mendelson, Associate at Haynes and Boone, and Briefing Attorney for Justice Frances J. Maloney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals. His extensive experience in financial trading, corporate governance, litigation, arbitration, and mediation has been a strong foundation for his leadership and expertise as a Houston mediator.

With his passion for teaching, Tim has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Business and Economics at Houston Baptist University.
